4. Use of the App

You agree to use Ayrah only for lawful and professional purposes. You must not:

• Use Ayrah to share personal health information (PHI) unless explicitly authorized and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the underlying AI models directly.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Ayrah a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within Ayrah are the property of Ayrah or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• Ayrah is a tool to assist with clinical decision-making, but it does not replace professional medical judgment.
• The App and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayrah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our operations.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use of Ayrah after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
